Most Effective and Powerful Onion Hair Regrowth Serum For Long & Thick Hair | Treats Hair Loss & Bald Spots !!!

Hair Regrowth Serum For Long & Thick Hair

I wanted to share a powerful hair regrowth serum that stops hair fall, treats bald spots and promotes hair regrowth.

Last week, I saw an ad for hair regrowth serum in a magazine and when I looked it up, the cost of 125 ml was around thousand six hundred rupees and the ingredient list additionally had preservatives, artificial fragrance and loads of chemicals.

We can easily make  our own hair regrowth serum that really works with usual kitchen ingredients and the base for this amazing serum is onion.

HOW THIS WORK

Onion juice is one of the excellent home remedies for alopecia . We have been using onion juice for treating it for many years.

Another superb hair benefit of onion juice is its anti dandruff properties. It's a very good home remedy for both itchy scalp and dandruff.Applying onion juice improves blood circulation which in turn promotes hair growth but due to its high sulfur content, the smell of onion juice may be too strong and unpleasant. So instead of applying direct onion juice I like to make a serum with it with other hair growth promoting ingredients.

METHOD

This serum consists of only three ingredients - onion juice, home made flax seed gel and virgin coconut oil.  I prefer flax seed gel for this recipe but if you don't want to use flax seed gel, you can use aloe vera gel too. To make an onion juice, peel a handful of onions and grind it into a mixer without adding any water. Now take it in a strainer and press with a spoon to extract the juice fully.

I prefer small onions for this recipe because traditionally also for remedies we use only small onions and I continue to do so but if you don't have  small onions you can use any onion that you have access to. Press with a spoon well to extract the juice completely.

  • To make the flax seed gel, take 1, 1/2 tablespoons of flax seeds along with 1/2 cup of water in a bowl.
  •  Boil for 8 to 10 minutes in low to medium flame stirring often to prevent the flax seeds sticking to the bottom of the pan.
  • Once the mixture thickens and gels, switch off the flame, and let cool the mixture and pour it over a thin muslin cloth.
  • Now bring the ends of the cloth together and squeeze with your hands nicely to extract the gel fully.
  • Take two parts flax seed gel in a cup.
  • Add in half part of virgin coconut oil  into it.
  • Finally add one part onion juice into it.Now mix  very well with a spoon.
